Danielle Smith is an associate attorney focusing her practice on real estate transactions, real estate finance, banking and business transactions.
She assists lenders and borrowers in all aspects of commercial loans, buyers and sellers in acquisitions, and landlords and tenants in commercial leases, as well as homeowner’s associations. Danielle works with lenders through due diligence procedures such as reviewing and analyzing collateral and title related issues, drafting, negotiating and interpreting loan documents. She is also a title examiner and handles real estate closings.
Danielle graduated from Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi, and was admitted to the Louisiana Bar Association in 2014. She is also admitted to practice in the United States Court for the Western District of Louisiana.
While in law school, Danielle served as an Executive Member on the Moot Court Board. As a student, she distinguished herself amongst her peers as a Dean’s list scholar, the recipient of an American Jurisprudence Award for Electronic Research, and the recipient of the Frisby Griffing Marble Scholarship.
